1st Change Order Approved for the Jackson Boulevard Project

Phase 1 of the Jackson Boulevard Street and Utility Improvements project is moving along. The first change order for phase 1 of the project, an increase of $20,976.58 and a decrease of $14,452.46, for a net increase of $6,524.12, was approved July 1 by the Spearfish City Council.
