Project Name: 53 Lincoln Avenue Retaining Walls
Project Description: The work consists of removing and replacing the existing, failing retaining wall with a Redi-Rock retaining wall. Work shall also include landscaping in disturbed areas, shoring of existing garage, and adding framing and finishes at back side of garage.
Contract: $110,062.84 + Alternate $1,000.00
