Fort Hays Cuts the Ribbon on New Buffalo Hunt Rollercoaster

Fort Hays cut the ribbon on its buffalo hunt coaster on Friday, April, 23^rd. A crowd comprised of members of Elevate Rapid City, residents, and even Nugget from the Rush showed their excitement and support for the opening.

The roller coaster portion of the ride opened last October for a short time; now it’s open all the way with the hunting aspect.

The ride will be open on nice weather weekends leading to Mother’s Day, and then seven days a week through September and weather permitting in October.
