The work on this project consisted of concrete footings, foundation and slab on grade; steel stud-frame, single-story convenience store and restaurant building with steel bar joist roof structure; brick and stone veneers; composition wood siding; and PVC membrane roofing.

The building includes aluminum and hollow metal exterior doors, aluminum windows, wood interior doors in hollow metal frames, insulation, drywall, tape and texture, paint, wall coverings, cabinetry, ceramic and porcelain floor and wall tile, ACT and wood ceilings, signage, bath accessories, and related electrical and mechanical, site, and asphalt pavement work.
